there is a good site called newgrounds
you can also try a site called making digital art and another called be active on the community and work on the promotion of your stuff

If you only goal is to gain following, you are not going anywhere here. Newgrounds is not designed for that, it's about developing youself as a content creator and trying to chase clout, regardless of the site,will break you apart. i also got a slow start but if you focus on developing your self you might reach something.

I am genuinely passionate about making art. If I only cared for profit, then I would have given up a LONG time. I do legitimately wish to push myself forward, I'm just not sure how to.
