Here is also a handy guide by Onery. The whole thing is a good read but there are some handy tips on the bottom paragraph. Best wishes!

@Junkclaws Hey, take your time man, there's no rush or time limit on this. Just do it whenever, and don't forget to come to me as soon as you do.

Okay. Normally people on NG look down upon others asking to be scouted. BUT, after viewing your artwork, I would say it is good enough to be worth a scout. I can scout you, but first, I want to tell you some things that may help, and see if hopefully you work on them.
Okay, the designs are great, and the colours are beautiful on your stuff, but one big thing: the camera quality.
I'm not gonna lie. Your camera quality is ass.
You should either get a better camera to take these pictures on, or start drawing them digitally. Digitally drawing them is PROBABLY the best option, seeing how all the biggest artists do that and it looks the best.
A music comparison: it may feel more authentic to record a song on a shitty boombox and give people the cassette tapes, but most people won't like it because the quality will sound like shit. Plugging your equipment into the computer and recording your music with a DAW will be much better cause it'll still be the same music, but the end product will sound much nicer.
It's kinda the same way with art and drawings. Some people really do like the shitty camera quality of pictures of paper drawings. But most don't. If you wanna get scouted that'll help.
Tell ya what: if you make another drawing that's really amazing like some of your previous ones, and make it digital, I'll scout ya right on the spot. Just let me know. Trust me, this isn't just my personal tastes. This will help you in the long run to make the switch.

Thanks for the advice, good sir. Unfortunately, I'm kinda tight on money so I don't really know if I can buy new equipment. I'll see if I can work with what I have if need be. Again, thank you.
